building delivery transfer points
Usage: To allow other players to transfer building deliveries to you, in exchange for cash. The building deliveries will be put in a storage bay in the form of either metal, minerals or barrels of liquid.
Commands:
transfer: Transfer building materials from a ship
setup: set up a cost for the reward per unit.
Note: Your factory is only eligible if it is on public access.
