Licenses

Introduction:

There are a few ways in which you can measure progression on cosmic Rage.
One example of this is our ranking system, details of which you can read about in help ranking.
A second measure is by how many licenses your character has obtained.
Licenses can be considered as formal documentation that indicate your character has the rights to access specialist equipment or upgrades, or that they have passed exams required for certain vehicles.

How do you get licenses?

Licenses are obtained on Research Complex in special designated rooms for their purpose.
Head over to the room of your choice and simply type train to begin the learning process.

I've typed train, now what?

The last thing you need to do is get your license stamped by the JAG to show it is legal!
until you do this, the license will show as pending.
Find one of the two available offices, one on Star command and one on Research complex, head there and type stamp!
Once your license is stamped it will show as approved and you can go and use it.

How do I get to research complex?

Research complex can be reached by teleport or by taxi.
To teleport, find your nearest teleportation room and type tele research.
Not all planets have a teleportation room though, so sometimes it is easier to find your nearest access tube or landing pad, you can do this by typing lp, then map and the name of the room.
Once there, type taxi Research!
Research Complex is located in sector 14.

Commands:

train: In a license room, start the training for a license.
Stamp: In a JAG office, stamps your licenses.
Licenses: view what licenses you have.
License : View a license in more detail.
