in-ship radio

1. room to room communication.

By typing /ship then a room name followed by your message, you can transmit a message to a single room on the vessel, for instance: "/ship cockpit hello, cap'n"

1. Outside broadcasting: /ship outside : Will transmit a message outside of the vessel.


1. Specific channel communication.

There are a number of channels that /ship can also transmit on, listed below:
s1 through s32: Sector 1 through sector 32.
r33: race specific, only members of your race will hear you
t34: tactical.
You can tune your ship to listen to only one of these channels, by typing /ship tune.
You can transmit by typing /ship for instance, "/ship s13 I found a bunch of vacus here!"
Finally, you can type radio tune to turn on or off your ship's radio. Ship radios will be on by default.
